TERMS OF PAYMENT
Customers located outside of Russia can only pay for an order by cashless settlement.

There are two payment options:

1. By using the payment service of Sberbank of the Russian Federation. Card payments are possible:

2. By using the PayPal payment system:

In the first case, for payment (entering your card details), you will be redirected to the payment gateway of Sberbank PJSC. DELIVERY TERMS
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

For international delivery of our goods, we work with the following services:

  • Russian Post
  • CDEK
  • DHL

The cost of courier delivery to other countries is calculated individually and is carried out only when the goods are paid in full on the website perfecto.market. After placing and paying for your Order, our manager will contact you and agree on the terms of delivery.

When shipping our products, we pay special attention to packaging and transport safety. You can bank on it that the goods will be delivered to you in one piece.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The warranty period starts from the moment the Product is delivered to you by the delivery service. Be sure to check the integrity of your ordered product in the presence of a representative of the service (for more information, see the page "Terms of Delivery").

The product of proper quality is returned at any time before the receipt of the Product and within 7 (seven) calendar days after its receipt.

Please appreciate our work! The return of the Product of proper quality is possible if its ready-for-sale condition, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product are preserved.

Should damage be caused as a result of transportation, we offer three solutions:

  • replace the damaged Product with the similar one of the same price. The substitute Product is sent after we receive the damaged one. No later than 1 (one) month from the date when the delivery service gives it to us;
  • restore the damaged Product, if possible. The time and cost of restoration and return delivery to the buyer depends on the complexity of the work and is negotiated individually after receiving the Product and assessing the damage;
  • make a refund for your Order. The refund is made within 14 (fourteen) days after the delivery of the damaged product to us by the carrier.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your Order at any time before it is delivered to the courier service, and after the transfer you can do it within 7 (seven) days, which excludes the day of purchase. Let us know about your order cancellation. To do this, text us at the email address info@perfecto.market. Please indicate CANCELLATION in the subject line. The money paid by you for your order are refunded when we receive the returned product, no later than 10 (ten) days from the date of your request, except for the costs of shipping the product from you to the online store and the actual (rather than the stated on the site) delivery of the product to you.
